About First Order Supervision for Psychotherapists
Clinical Supervision for Mental Health Professionals
Providing comprehensive clinical supervision tailored for psychotherapists in Washington. Specializing in support for MFT, LMHC, and LICSW associates to enhance their professional development and provide them with their associate hours. My supervision services include both individual and group formats to suit your needs.
Individual Supervision- My style of individual supervision consists of applying different therapeutic modalities to your clinical cases that you present. I also discuss any legal or ethical implications relevant to your cases. Each individual supervision session is 1 hour.
Group Supervision- I currently offer 2 Mentalization-Based Treatment Supervision Groups. The groups are on Sunday at 11am and Thursday at 4pm, both groups are Pacific Time. Each group supervision session is 1 hour.

about me
I have worked in the social work field for 26 years. I spent the first 19 working in various medical settings as a case manager. For the last 8 years I have practiced psychotherapy and supervised for the last 4 years.
I am an integrative psychotherapist. I practice from a psychodynamic base and pull from many other therapies including MBT, CBT, DBT, Somatic, Systems, etc. I work with a diverse group of clients and have experience counseling individuals, groups and couples.
